2. WHEN VISITING THE WEBSITE

4. USE OF OUR MOBILE ANDROID & IOS APP
Our mobile app may collect user (driver) data electronically, such as location sharing. These data are only used within the ContainerGrid Web App (e.g., for optimized route planning). The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and misuse. Our employees are bound by GDPR and relevant data protection laws. Data is transmitted using encryption (e.g., SSL over HTTPS), and our servers are protected by firewalls and antivirus software.
We follow the principles of data minimization and store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by legal retention periods. Once the purpose ceases or the retention period expires, the data is routinely deleted in accordance with legal regulations.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:

- Request correction, blocking, or deletion of your data (except for legally required storage)

6. USE OF HOTJAR
We use Hotjar to better understand user needs and optimize our website. Hotjar collects behavioral data (e.g., time spent on pages, clicked links) using cookies and other technologies. This includes:

- Location (country only)
- Preferred language
Hotjar stores this data in pseudonymized profiles and is contractually prohibited from selling them. More details can be found in the "About Hotjar" section on their help page.
