How We Engage

    Buy certainty in increments —
    not a transformation program.

Every phase ends with concrete deliverables, measured results, and an explicit go/no-go decision. You never commit to the next step before the current one has proven itself.

    The Path

Four phases. Three decision gates. Zero lock-in.

    Step 0
    30
    minutes

    Scoping Session

A working session with your team to identify where a take-back program creates the most value first.

    Step 1
    2
    weeks

    AI-Scoped Program Design

A packaged, costed program concept for your assets — a 2-week scoping sprint, built on your asset and recycling data.

    Step 2
    8–12
    weeks
    GO / NO-GO GATE

    Proof-of-Value Pilot

An 8–12 week pilot with success measures agreed upfront — live orders with your existing contractors, nobody gets replaced.

    Step 3
    6–36
    months
    DECISION-GATED SCALE

    Take-Back-as-a-Service

We design, launch, and operate your take-back program — expanded per business unit, asset type, and material stream.

    Accountability

Agreed together in Step 1 — measured before you scale.

    ≤ 5d
Operator onboarding — from invite to first processed order
    ≥90%
Routing accuracy into approved R-strategies and facilities
    ≥ 40%
Reduction in coordination overhead across parties
    ≥ 95%
    Documentation completeness at every handoff

These are the default pilot targets. We calibrate them with you in Step 1, publish the agreed set before Step 2 starts, and check against them at the Step 2 gate — if we miss the mark, you have your no-go.

    What It Takes

What we'll ask for during scoping — and what you avoid.

What we'll ask for during scoping

    • A named program owner (ops, procurement, or sustainability)
    • Asset and volume data for the pilot scope — estimates are fine, our scoping engine handles uncertainty
    • Introduction to the contractors already handling your end-of-life assets
    • 30 minutes to start. That's it.

    What you avoid

    • No ERP replacement — we orchestrate alongside SAP & existing systems
    • No contractor switching — your partners stay, they just get connected
    • No multi-year commitment before proof — every phase is separately decided
    • No IT project — operators onboard in days, not quarters

Co-funding options exist for qualifying programs — we'll flag eligibility during scoping.

    Common Questions

    Common questions

Do we have to replace our existing recyclers or logistics partners?
No — that's the core of our neutrality principle. We connect and govern your existing network; we don't compete with it or replace it. Your contractors get onboarded to the platform and keep their role.
How does this integrate with SAP / our ERP?
ContainerGrid runs as the orchestration layer alongside your ERP. Asset and order data flow via standard interfaces; your ERP remains the system of record for finance. Nothing is ripped out.
    What does a pilot cost?
Pilot investment depends on scope (asset classes, regions, number of operators) and is quantified in your Step 1 business case — including available co-funding routes. Most programs are structured to be self-funding from the value they recover.
    What happens to our data?
Each party sees exactly what their role requires — permissioned access based on role. Program data belongs to the program owner. We operate under GDPR and support enterprise data-handling reviews as part of any pilot.
How fast can operators in our network be onboarded?
The pilot target is ≤5 days from invite to first processed order — measured, not promised. Operator onboarding speed is one of the four default success criteria every pilot is judged against.
